Stage 1 – Talking Together We meet – without obligation, to discuss your desired outcomes, and undertake an objective and thorough review of your business performance, and unique situation. Together we will explore your thoughts and ideas. This information gathering session is vital, it provides the basis for the next stage, which is then specific to your needs.
Stage 2 – The Proposal We present to your management team a tailored proposal of a solution to your needs. This will outline the research and preparation to be carried out, how best to run the training, follow –up and evaluation work, and charging structure.
Stage 3 – Gap Analysis Using our unique methodology, we meet with the key people in your business at all levels to verify where our training can offer the most benefit to your business, and provide a return on your investment.
Stage 4 – Agreement & Planning We agree the timings and delivery of your programme. It may be a one off course, attendance on a public course, or a series of courses offered over longer period.
